iphone 5s connecting to hotspot of iphone 11

i use data at iphone 11 while iphone 5s is connecting on 11 hotspot

iphone 5s always disconnect without any reason and i dont know why and i use to go again to WIFI setting - search then reconnect

what is the main reason of this and the preventive action
