I am trying to get onto apple tv. it asked for my apple id and password which i entered, but now it is asking for my itunes pw and it doesn't appear to be the same. How do i found out what it is?
One is the Apple ID account for iCloud, and the other is the Apple ID account for the iTunes Store.
They can be the same. These days, they are advised to be the same.
If you have but one Apple ID account, then they are the same.
Thank you. I was signing in to Apple TV on my TV and it asked for my apple ID and password. Then it asked for my Itunes ID and the same ID didn't work. I kept getting stuck on that phase of the sign in and couldn't go any further. I had also had trouble last week signing into ITunes on my MacBook Pro
my itunes password is not the same as my apple password
