I just composed an email using the Mail App. During the 15 or so minutes
that I typed, 26 versions of the email popped up in the Archive Folder,
one about every 30 seconds. I went to the Gmail site to see if they
were in the "All Mail" folder. The only one in that folder was the
finished message that I had sent. I did find the other 25 in the
"Drafts" label. Does this point to anything?
Thank you for your help. I figured out how to stop it. In Mail/ Preferrences/ Accounts/ Mailbox behaviors, I unchecked "Store draft messages on the server" and voilâ the problem stopped! Thanks again
Hello,
Are you using the Mail application or the Gmail website?
I am using Mail application
Hello,
In Mail > Choose the Mail Menu > Preferences > Rules
Are there any Rules enabled?
The only rule there is "News From Apple" and it is checked
This is very strange. If you were to login to Gmail.com > Settings > Are there any Rules or Mailbox Behaviors setup?
Don't know exactly what I am looking for on the gmail.com page; however, it doesn't appear the I have set any rules or Mailbox behaviors set!
