I have a problem with my account

I face a problem when i create an Apple account for developers... a message appears containing "Sorry, you can’t enroll at this time."

I want to know what is the problem?? it's about my account or what?

Apple Developer Program Enrollment I have been experiencing an issue with my Apple Developer account for over a year now. Can sign into Apple.com, but not the apple store The apple store keeps giving me an error message that my Apple ID or password are incorrect, but I can sign into Apple.com fine. Does anyone have any idea why? Thanks Cynt
