Thunderbolt port stopped working after SMC reset

My MacBook Pro 13" 2019 model battery icon showed that the mac is plugged in all time even the charging adapter is not connected to the power socket. so i tried an SMC reset after getting contact with the apple support person and the issue got solved and exact after the moment of SMC reset one of my two thunderbolt port stopped working! And again I contacted the apple support team and they asked me to do the SMC reset again and also the PRAM and NVRAM reset but no results on both the methods! I also tried diagonistics run but it said no issues found! what should I need to do now? as the port is working completely fine before the SMC reset.

MacBook Pro 13", macOS 10.14

resetting NVRAM/PRAM http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1379

hold the keys long enough for 3-4 cycles of reset.
