Inactive forever Apple ID

Because of the reason I don't know, my Apple ID became inactive about two months ago. After I called support, they said that they don't know why and just activate it. The problem happened again and I called again. The Advisor activated, but didn't know that if the problem will repeat I won't be able to activate it the same way (what I learned later in the letter from the engineers). Now I have inactivated Apple ID, I think forever, because I can't receive my account from store.

Today I spoked with support and they called me possible cheater, and because of that my became inactive. I tired of this dumb problem.

This seems lame, but have your considered these possibilities:

See this Apple document If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT208856" There might be a problem with the payment method that you have on file. When you see the message, don't try to edit any of your account information. Insteadcontact Apple Support for help.”

Use the support link above.

And, if necessary, go here is how to contact iTunes worldwide support via text or chat using this link https://support.apple.com/choose-country-region/itunes After choosing your country, see the heading Tell us how we can help.

__________

See this document If your Apple ID is locked or disabled https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204106 "If you or someone else enters your password, security questions, or other account information incorrectly too many times, your Apple ID automatically locks to protect your security and you can't sign in to any Apple services.”

__________

See If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled  https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204306, especially the section entitled Remove your passcode.

If you don't have a computer as mentioned in Remove your passcode, then "borrow one from a friend, or go to an Apple Retail Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider." Of course the last option usually is not available now.

Later the document says: "If you can't update or restore your device using recovery mode, or you can't use recovery mode because of broken or stuck buttons, contact Apple Support. Then follow the steps to set up service for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch."

Are you seeing activation lock?

See Turn off Activation Lock https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201441See this heading If you erased your own device "If you don't sign out of iCloud before you put your device in recovery mode and restore, it might remain in Activation Lock. That means you need to enter the same Apple ID and password that you used when you previously set up the device."

See: If you forgot your Apple ID  https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201354  and

If you forgot your Apple ID password https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201487

You also can use Having trouble signing in/iForgot

https://iforgot.apple.com/password/verify/appleid to identify either or both

You also may need to see If you forgot the answers to your Apple ID security questions https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201485

 _____________

If the above information does not work for you, then see below.

Ignoring extenuating circumstances, activation lock can be turned off only by entering the correct Apple ID/password combination. The correct combination is in the one used in setting the device up prior to activation lock being enabled. Note that there is no way we can help you to systematically recover the pertinent Apple ID password.

Thus, we will not be able to do anything for you except to mention that Apple Support may be willing to help you if you have an extenuating circumstance (e.g., you have the receipt for your purchase of the device with its serial number on it or a court order instructing Apple to assist in the provision of access to a decedent’s information from the deceased person's accounts). See How to request access to a deceased family member's Apple accounts https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT208510.

So, if you think you have an extenuating circumstance, even one not mentioned above, you can contact Apple support for help with your problem using these options:

I see. It looks like the problem is that you have no receipt with serial number on it. I am sorry about your problem. I mentioned above:

So, if you think you have an extenuating circumstance, even one not mentioned above, you can contact Apple support for help with your problem ,,,,

But, it looks like you have done that. After all you have been through, do you have any idea why your account keeps getting locked? Or what Apple did twice to unlock it.

Did you ever erase the device without signing out of iCloud first?

Again, I know my combination AppleID/password. The phone is mine, but I don't have any documents of buying. My Apple ID was blocked because of the reason I don't know. So, I activate my phone with my Apple ID, at the date I know, This Apple ID contains my data (Name, Surname, etc..). Can I just use this info to use security service? You know, the problem is not because I forgot my Apple ID, it's just the reason I don't know and the support after my 7 calls with duration about 30-60 minutes didn't suggest me possible reason. It's untypical problem, please help me, I can prove that the phone is mine anyway.

Yes, my main idea, that the appleid was blocked a few days after I untied my card and apple id had at this moment trial subscribe of Apple TV+ (You know, because I got it for year (the phone is iphone 11)). So, in the support advisors say that it couldn't be that. But today I met in person with director of Service Center in my town and he said that he met with this problem a year ago and the reason was some changes in cards in his apple ID. So, I told this information advisor today and she said that there are a lot of reasons of locks. But I don't think so, because problems are similar. That person with the same problem didn't blocked his account as me with calling several times in support, and just called in financial department and they just solved it easily. I also today called there, but advisor couldn't do something, because I receive notification to confirm my phone, I accepted it, and he didn't see that. Again, because, I think, of my apple id lock.

So, the problem can be solved if somebody could cancel my apple tv subscription.
