Itune search option not visible in Catalina 10.15.4

Point of clarification. When you select the Itunes Store under the traffic like, and you select the search window at the top of the column, you get the message that you're "Searching Your Library" rather than the Itunes store. Where is the window for searching Itunes? The bar used to be on the top ruler of the Itunes page.
