Has any one in the community had problems with1password version 7 not allowing app to open after masterpasword has been entered for IOS devices?

A basic question: Does the master password work on other platforms? If it does you might try deleting the app, restarting the phone and adding the app back.

I tried iPhone 7 After I deleted the app and then re installed And the only thing that changed is I have four accounts now three that were supposedly deleted by the folks at at Agile Bits. Their technical support response is over night. I’ve tried the master everything they’ve suggested which was basically was try the Master againand it did not work again. I had their emergency cat print it out and that doesn’t work either.
I’m going to try my iPad Pro version two. I’ll delete the One password version seven for iPad. After I deleted 1Password seven from my iPad Pro version two which is runningis on iPad OS 13.4.1 No progress was made towards getting into the account. At this point I don’t have a lot of time to work on things that don’t work. I think what I’ll do is I’ll use the software that I know works with Apple products which is keychain for my iPad Pro version seven and my iPhone seven. If you have any suggestions /tips regarding keychain how about the Installation And use, I would be very appreciated advance? Bill
Yes, it is on the App store for IOS devices and IPAD OS. I will try your suggestion tomorrow.

I haven’t seen any posts about a problem with 1password. There have been issues with iPassword, however.
