Does apple allow you to trade your devices?

So I was looking at the Apple Watch series 5 and really would love one, but I already have the series 3. I was wondering if Apple lets you trade in your old devices for new ones and if so how much would it cost. Would it still be the same price as if I was buying a brand new one?
