FaceTime problem

While FaceTiming using my iPhone X the phone disconnects from my home WiFi during the FaceTime, then reconnect as soon as I end the FaceTime. All software is up to date as of this posting. I have tried to fix it but was not able. Can you help me with this issue please ?

facetime when im using facetime with both wifi and mobile data turned on, it will only use my data instead of wifi. if i turn data off the facetime then won’t work? i’m on the latest ios and have iphone 12 if that helps

FaceTime dropping on Wifi but not 3G When I use FaceTime on my iPhone7, iPhone SE or iPad every few minutes (10 to 15) the connection fails and after it tries to re-connect for a few seconds it drops completely. My contacts don't have this problem with their other calls, only with me. What can I do, please?

Try few steps, hope they help (considering u face this problem in all devices)

If it work fine on Cellular network then,

Reset Network Settings (Settings/General/Reset/Reset Network Settings)
Reset your Wifi Router
