I was suspecting that I'm infected with vScan malware. So, while searching for suspicious folders and files. I accidentally deleted folder named iLife from ~/library/Application Support.
Ever since, I'm getting this System Update:
If I try to update it, I'm getting this error message:
Kindly let me know if there're any fixes that I can perform or I should reinstall my Mac OS.

There hasn't been a iLife suite for many years and 9.0.4 was the last update for it.
Your machine doesn't have iLife and you don't need any update.

I am not sure, but check if the file is in the Bin. Or you can contact Apple Support at support.apple.com .

Sorry, I don't have a backup on my time machine. Also, my connection will be stable and fine during my downloads. There's no issues with that.

I emptied my recycle bin sometime back unknowing that I might need that file. It's not there.
Do you not have a Time Machine backup you can restore your iLife folder from.
If you are going to download items from Apples Servers make sure you are connected
via cable to your router.
