Hey primenaveed,
To transfer data to a Windows 10 PC from your iPhone, install the latest version of iTunes. After launching iTunes, plug your iPhone in with a Lightning cable or Sync using Wi-Fi to iTunes. Now, select your iPhone (You will see an icon with its name on the top left corner) and choose the Photos option and copy paste all the data to File Explorer.
