I cannot un lock my iPhone as it seems to have been taken over by Zoom... can anyone help please?

What are you seeing on the screen that you are not able to get to the passcode screen? Does Touch ID not work? See this for force closing an app. How to force an app to close on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
