If it still doesn't pair, test other Bluetooth devices to isolate the issue further.
You can also test pairing these earbuds in a new user account: How to test an issue in another user account on your Mac. This lets you know if the issue is isolated to your user or system-wide.
If the earbuds don't work in the new user and other devices pair fine with Bluetooth, then there may be a compatibility issue with the earbuds. You might check for any firmware updates and reach out to the manufacturer.
