Partial screenshot with cursor pointer included

Hello,

trying to make a partial screenshot with cursor pointer included on the latest Catalina (10.15.4) with Cmd+Shift+5, but have no success with capturing pointer, just screenshot without a cursor. It's possible to see the pointer on the screenshot only when Entire screen is captured. I tried on my Pro and Air - the result is the same. Yes, I use the Timer delay, and the "Show mouse pointer" option is also selected.

Is it a bug or a feature?

Thank you.
