Activity Badges Not Showing in App

I have a iPhone 6 running 12.4 and a series 3 GPS apple watch. I've haven't had any problems with the activity app until late January of this year. The monthly challenges for 2020 are there but the icons for the activities have disappeared (I'll attach an image), and when I complete the challenges, there is no new badge in my activity app. Also, I've had a couple of perfect month badges that have also never appeared. I have gotten the ring in the new year badge but none of the other ones this year have even appeared in my app. Is this some sort of 12.4 glitch? I've looked through other discussion posts and couldn't find anything. Anyway, Thanks for reading this - any help is much appreciated!
