App and ITunes Store

So my App Store and ITunes is disabled. I have one payment pending. I tried to put in my Credit Card info in and it wouldn’t let me. How do I pay it if it doesn’t let me put in my Credit card information?

When you see the message, don't try to edit any of your account information. Instead, contact Apple Support for help.
