I am seeing that the SE has a Dual Sim (nano and esim). Does this allow me to use another carrier with the esim so I can have two numbers.
We were going to use Telus in Canada for the main sim and then Tmobile from the US on the esim. Is this doable?

Yes, you should be able to use two different carriers, if the SE is unlocked (bought at Apple Online STore or at an Apple AUthorized Reseller).
