trade line store in egypt refused to repair my damaged i phone

Good day,

kindly be informed that Apple reseller in Egypt (trade Line), refused to repair my Iphone 11 pro and toled me that it is total loss with noticed that all phone options works normally and all cameras also

i'm an apple user for more than 7 years, and i bough this phone from about 5 months but the experience i went through is very bad and i'm not satisfied at all as i offered to pay the any needed variance to repair or replace
