When I try to play a certain song on iTunes for Windows, it prompts me to authorize my computer by entering my Apple ID, but after i do that and try to play the song, it keeps telling me to authorize my computer. I have tried signing in/out of my Apple Id, deleting the SC Info folder, reinstalling iTunes but nothing seems to work. I can't play this song on my iPhone 6 either: it displays a message that says "This content is not authorized". Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

iPhone 6, iOS 12

Hello Mariliaaa,

Thanks for that info and for choosing the Apple Support Communities. If I understand correctly, you are unable to play a song in iTunes on your Windows computer, as you get a prompt to authorize your computer. To help with this, please follow the steps in this Apple resource and then contact Apple if you need any further assistance.
