When you reinstall the system I hope you're actually doing a full erase and reformat. Simply reinstalling the OS may not resolve your issue. It's best to backup your important files and use Disk Utility in Apple's Internet Recovery to erase the disk. After reinstalling the OS I would recommend NOT to install any additional apps or plug-ins. Test it out for a couple of days without any additional software. If you are still experiencing the instant reboots then you will need to contact Apple Support to send it to them for inspection and repair. If you have success with the reformat then it's definitely a corrupt file/s that caused the issue. At that point it's best to install apps one by one so you can figure out which software is the problem.

I mentioned the Chrome extensions because there could be a corrupt file causing the reboots. Since you have a lot of stuff installed there is a very good chance you have a corrupt file/s.

What you can do is create a new user account. This will be free of the apps you have installed outside of Apple's built in apps. This way you can test it and see if it continues to reboot.

The only thing connected to MacBook is power cable. Yeah I have a bunch of stuff installed besides system apps. Emulators, xcode, rider, Photoshop. System didnt even started, how's any of chrome plugin could cause of endless loop on restart?. The progress bar under apple stops at 70%, then frezes. Later fans go into ultra speed mode, and finally MacBook restarts. In a loop

Okey, I've contacted with support, now im after reinstalling system. And endless restarting still happening. I've created new user as you suggested (but that is worthless as i don't see login screen so I won't log in on new user), and I uninstalled chrome. Restarting still happens.

When crash happened, there were 3 android emulators running from Android SDK, and 1 iOS emulator from Xcode, ill try to uninstall them as well

Oh i did all of them, firstly I've reinstalled system, then erased macos partitions, then erased whole ssd including windows bootcamp. I don't care about data because all is backed-up on cloud, and all i need is git, and IDE. Now im packing this costly worthless piece of electronic so i can send it to some more qualified people, that was recommendation from apple care employee.

And all what you are saying is so weird. Why i shouldn't install any additional apps? :D So what should i do with this laptop. look at it? :D

At this point I'm going to let someone else chime in about your MacBook Pro issue if they care to. No one gets paid to help people here. This is a community-based forum and we are all Mac users. Every time I try to post to help you about your Mac situation you reply back with some passive aggressive response. Now you're saying my advice is weird? Okay dude. Good luck.
