Which MacBook is deal for school work and playing the sims?

Hi! I’m going into my first year of college and I have yet to get myself a laptop. Now, for a while I have wanted a MacBook and I do not need any convincing of any other laptop otherwise. For the most part, I will be using my MacBook for school work, but on my free time I do enjoy playing The Sims. I am not looking for the best graphics or whatever, just for it to be playing normally as it would on a windows laptop. I’ve done my research and there’s no obvious answer since my question is a bit specific and I was hoping to get an answer. I am in no rush of a laptop. I’m waiting until July for the back to school Beats deal!

MacBook Air for now. Currently MacBook 12 inch was unavailable on Apple Store, so MacBook Air is the best choice for you. If you want to push a little more performance, you can try MacBook Pro 13 inch base model, but if you want to the edit videos or do graphic stuffs, use the high end 13 inch MacBook Pro.

The best school laptop would probably be the MacBook Air. This is a smaller laptop will many ports and no need for adapters as needed on the MacBook Pro due to just having 4 Thunderbolt ports and a headphone Jack. If you need a better CPU or Graphics card than is provided with the Air, I would go for the smaller MacBook Pro if you are concerned about space or the Bigger one if you don’t have any worries about lack of space and want to go for a bigger monitor.
