Forgotten my wife’s Apple ID

On the 13th of April I set up a new Apple ID for my wife’s iPhone 5 with this number (0556281969)as my recovery number. My kids have imputed wrong password so the phone was disabled. When I got it back I had to input the Apple ID but I have forgotten any help ?

Forgotten apple id password My girlfriend had a major stroke. During time in rehab she entered her password incorrectly too many times and locked her phone. I tried the update and entering the correct password but that failed. I cleared all data and it’s asking for the apple id password which she can’t remember. I sent the request for assistance clearing the password over a week ago with no reply. I need to get her phone working again. We are missing calls from Dr’s and physical rehab for follow ups and continued therapy. Can anyone please assist? I was considering buying her a new iphone, but I’m sure when it is set up under the same # that we are going to run into the password problem.

See if you can recover the ID/password.
