After ios 13.4 update, a weird grey circle appeared on middle of my screen. I was able to remove the annoying circle by using method below:
Go to Settings>Accessibility>Touch>Assistive Touch and turn off dwell control.

No sir. Its a different one. The assistive touch button can only be placed on the sides of the screen while the annoying grey circle i am referring to is fixed on the middle of the screen and if you touch it nothing happens. Turns out it is the dwell control.
