I know I’m not the first but in the case I missed the fix...what’s the solution to the echoing with this phone on FaceTime, speaker, video calls...HELP SOS 🆘

Echo on iPhone 11 Pro I have been facing an issue as to wherever I am using FaceTime on either the speakerphone or my AirPods I get a constant echo ( it’s quite annoying to hear your voice over and over again) tried restarting , decreasing the volume .
