AppleTV doesn’t work and paid!
I downloaded appletv a week ago and paid for subscription! I would always ask for a sign in and now when when I sign in it only spins!!
On what device is this happening?
It seems to have trouble reaching the internet servers.
- Do other apps on that device work for internet content?
- The Apple TV app needs a fairly accurate time and date, to have secure connections. Verify the time, date, and time zone as set on the device.
- Verify that your router has port 123 UDP open, and any other needed port.
- The Apple TV app may not work as intended when using VPNs through foreign VPN hosts.
