I forgot my code to my old iphone how do i get it back or start a new one

I forgot the code to my old Iphone and everytime i try to open my phone a message comes up saying Iphone disable connect to Itunes. What can i do to get a new code or what do i do in order to get my phone open?

If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support
