Incorrect display of regional characters on iPadOS Mail app Hello, I saw more threads with similar question, but seems to be unresolved so far. My situation is this: I’m using (Apple) Mail app on iPad for gmail and yahoo mailboxes access. Some received emails on yahoo contain unreadable text (regional characters are wrongly displayed) while it is perfectly ok when viewed via yahoo mail app or through web browser. I found some situations when text is displayed ok and for some not ok and it seems it is related to encoding tags in the mail. Here are some samples: 1) ISO 8859-2 8bit encoding Subject is displayed correctly while the body not - the only difference is that for body “8bit encoding” is mentioned. 2) windows-1250 encoding Strange is that again the subject is displayed ok, but text not ok even information about charset / encoding seems to be the same. But from the subject and body text it seems that there was different encoding used. I have also mail with iso-8859-2 charset with NO ”8bit encoding” and all is displayed correctly. For utf8 email all is also ok. If I replied on “problematic” email using web browser I could see correct text in the conversation (within reply mail) as charset changed to utf8. Of course I could use for each account different app, but I don’t want to have more apps for same purpose just due to bugs in standard cases. Any feedback is appreciated. Thanks Stefan

Mail don't load graphics in Ventura When I receive an email with graphics, in Mail, it loads with a question mark. The same email opened in Safari has the pictures.

does Ventura cause any issues with email? After installing Ventura 13.1 my emails to not show any content.

If I understand your post correctly, when you open Mail emails appear with lines of code visible. I’d like to help.

Do the emails appear this way when viewed in webmail? If so, contact your emails service provider.
