My Child made $1,200 app purchases and Apple won't refund the purchases!!
During Quarantine, my 5 year old son was playing with my ipad and he made 17 ninja turtle in app purchases totalling around $1,200 !!!! of course i was about to have a heart attack!! i went to the "Report a Problem", "Requested a Refund" and stated the reason as "A Child/Minor made purchase without permission".
the next day i received a rejection saying that "We reviewed your claim and your purchase doesn't meet conditions for a refund" . however they gave me the option to dispute this by entering amore descriptive reason. The next day i received the same message.
I feel helpless and i really don't know what to do, please help!!
