Series 5 Apple Watch have a SIM card

Is a SIM card embedded in series 5 apple watches? I tried setting up cellular and when I went into about it says no sim. Are cellular series 5 watches suppose to have a sim? Please let me know.

An Apple watch 5 GPS+CELLULAR does have an E-sim,an Apple watch GPS only does not have an E-sim;


Also you have to have apple watch cellular support from your carrier for a monthly fee,about $10 a month in the USA.

The E-sim is electronically embedded in the watch and is not interchangeable,if it malfunctions then it has to be repaired by apple.
