How to change key combination for switching languages?

I'd like to change hot-key "control + space" to "shift+command". How to do it?

You can't use two modifiers like that for Apple shortcuts. For other ways to do it see

I've already try to switch it in setting -> keyboard -> hotkeys, but couldn't. I just hear error sound
