APFS Volumes

My computer shows two APFS Volumes one shows as a Data volume. How can i remove this Data volume permanently so everything is just on the one Untitled Volume?


I have already reset to factory settings and this still pops up. Options for deleting are not showing up when right clicked.

I'm sorry, but this is the way macOS Catalina works. The "Untitled" volume is the volume that holds all the files your computer needs to function, like the files it reads on boot. The Data volume is the one where your personal files, like browser cookies and Pages documents, are stored. This is the way Catalina works, for security, and you can't change it.
