I can’t change my preferred artist. I don’t like the music that they offer me. I searched the Internet for answers, but they didn’t help me. I think the problem is that it was all available on the old iOS, and now the new one. I’m from Ukraine.

"Apple Music learns the music you like and recommends songs, albums, and playlists based on your tastes."
This means, if you dislike some song from the artist you are not enjoying, and start liking more songs form other artists, Apple Music will adjust the recommendations.
