I have an iCloud family account and would like to transfer 'ownership' to my daughter. How do I do this.
We will still both have devices on the account for backup, sharing, etc.

As the family organiser, you can remove people from the family group. After you remove someone from the family, that person may be able to join or set up another family. However, each person may only join two families per year. (Rejoining a family or creating a new one counts against this limit.)
The daughter can leave your family sharing group https://support.apple.com/en-in/guide/mac-help/mh2b0f42b606/mac
