Smooth scrolling issue

Unfortunately, by default, a smooth scrolling feature in macOS is available only for magic mouse and magic trackpad, but it's not available for third-party mouses. It spoils a good experience of using macOS when using any other ergonomic mouse from a third-party manufacturer (Logitech, for example). Is there a way to fix it and turn on smooth scrolling feature for any mouse?

You can always try the Apple products so there are no issues.

You can try a different browser and see if it changes your experience in scrolling.

Some browsers allow for modifications to the defaults

I can not speak to your third party products..however, you can search their website for some updated driver, that is more compatible with your macOS.

No, I cannot use Apple products because none of Apple's pointing devices is ergonomic, comfortable and appropriate for gaming. Neither magic mouse nor magic trackpad is possible to use for gaming.

Fortunately yes, but this doesn't solve the whole problem because there will be still bad, jerky scrolling throughout the macOS system.

I tried to start using Safari as my main internet browser but after few days I had to go back to Chrome because of the bad scrolling experience in Safari. It's not pleasant to use Apple's internet browser because of it.

I can't even understand why Apple doesn't want to make the experience of using macOS system pleasant for all users and turn on smooth scrolling support in macOS for any pointing device.
