Microphone working for voice memo but not in Skype, Zoom

I've checked that both apps have permission to access my microphone, have unmuted, I have done a reset, restart. Volume is on. This happened beginning yesterday after I downloaded 2 games, sudoku and solitaire. Mike was working fine before that. I deleted the 2 games, did another reset and restart. Still no microphone. Also wifi is on. ipad pro 12.9 4th generation. Only had it a few days!

Problem was resolved only after doing a factory reset with help of Apple support and also deleting the 2 games.
