Bluetooth file transfer - iPadOS to Android devices?

As it is already possible to use Bluetooth tethering with an Android device, to provide an internet connection for an iPad, with the release of iPadOS 13 and subsequent updates, which added the capabilities to connect with external storage drives, is it possible to transfer files from an iPadOS device to an Android device over a Bluetooth connection?
