IPhone 7 plus restart after 2 or 3 minutes of using phone. After drop without physical demage

My phone was alright it drops feon my hand after drop it get restarted after 4 to 5 minutes and now it restarts after 4 to 5 minutes of usage.it's betry is also draining when it switch on it will sbe 15% then drain rapidly 10% in 3 minutes and then it restarts. What should i do??

If there is internal damage, the phone will likely have to be replaced provided it's not just a connection that got knocked loose (unlikely).

Will it require betry change because before my phone droped its betry health was 86% and now its showing serive status not percentage

Apparently, it was damaged. The damage is internal.

Get it fixed or replaced.
