new iphone 11pro activation

I did a quick start and transfered from my old iphone to the new iphone 11pro,

i went through the whole setting and now it wont restart, what did i do wrong?

Restart the phone:

Press and quickly release Volume UP
Press and quickly release Volume DOWN
Hold the SIDE button until an Apple logo appears
