During activation of new iPhone 12, it transferred part of the info from the old phone then got frozen. Why?
Now the old phone is offline, and the new phone is stuck in the middle of activation.
How to get out of it? If I reset the new phone to factory setting, to restart the activation process, would I lose all the data from the old phone??
