I want to buy an extra band but the smallest size I can find is 40mm

I am buying the Apple Watch Series 3 38 mm and was wanting to buy a an extra band but the smallest size I cant find is 40mm, will this fit the Apple Watch?

38mm and 40mm Apple Watch use the same watch band

42mm and 44mm Apple Watch use the same watch band
