Cannot see libraries in computers

I have read and followed the directions on how to setup the home sharing, still I cannot see any of my Mac library in computers. I get a message that reads “No libraries available. Home Sharing lets you stream downloads to your Apple TV. To access your library, turn on Home Sharing on your computer and use the Apple ID “xxxxx@xxxx.com”
