camera lens glass crack, 2 times. iphone x and 11pro max. NORMAL?

Hello Community,....

I had a suprisingly lens-glass crack with my iphone X.

For that reason i switched to an iphone 11pro Max last year after the release.

Now i have the same issue.

Is this what i have to expact from apple?

I always use a case, glas protection too.

I travel a lot i must admit. But there was never bad treatment or it fells down.

I buy and use nearly all Apple products since 25 years and was never disappointed.

Still my ipod first generation is working, just my first ipad is dead from battery.

Quality i really appreciate.

But a simple glass cover from a phone camera did break? Without any force?

I not want to switch to a Huawei or Samsung.....but it seems i have no choice.

I just not want accept a useless quality of a phone what i use daily.

Can i easily fix the broken glass by myself?
