ACTIVATION ERROR ON IPAD MINI WIFI

Hello, it's been weeks trying to activate my ipad mini wifi after restoring it with iTunes.

the error messgae reads "Activation could not be completed. Please restore the iPad and install the latest version of ios and attempt the activation again. If the problem persists please contact customer support.

Even after trying different networks and using Itunes, no result.

iPad air 2 activation problem. Hello, I just bought used iPad Air 2. I restore it and everything went good until setup. So problem is that the wifi does not work. I tried with sim card, but nothing changed. When i got to wifi section there are no networks. Just a button to continue using itunes. So i plugged it in to my macbook, i have tried different macs (Air202, Pro2018, imac2014). Every time i get same message saying something like "could not be activated because the activation information was invalid". (its running on iPadOS 15.2). Is there any way to fix this problem? Thank you.
