Several Apple IDs

I have several Apple IDs that have been used over several years. How do I determine which apps are related to each ID for updates,etc? Or do I have to reload the apps under the current, most used ID?

iPhone 6, iOS 12

Check the IDs purchases history.

You can try setting up Family Sharing between the IDs if you want to be able to share purchases made with the IDs.
