Cannot sign in to Mail on my iPhone

when I’m trying to add iCloud mail account it says’Could not sign in. This iCloud account has already been added to your iPhone’

You create the iCloud account in iCloud. Go to Settings><yourname>iCloud>Mail and it turns on there.
