I two apps disappeared: FaceTime and Yahoo. They show when I search for them but are nowhere on my screens or within folders. I performed the hard start twice but they still don't show. I can't delete them and re-install, and when I try getting them again from the Apple App store they show as already ready to open. Any other suggestions?

Do a search. If they are in a folder the folder name will be displayed in the search results. If they are not in a folder they are on one of the pages of the Home screen. Just look carefully. And if you can’t find them go to Settings/General/Reset - Reset Home Screen Layout.

Thanks, Lawrence Finch. The missing apps were in neither app folders nor in other pages. So I performed Reset Home Screen Layout. Now they appeared! After this, I need to rearrange all my apps again, but now nothing’s missing.
