We recently updated our laptop and years of our pictures were deleted. every picture that was on the computer is gone. they are nowhere to be found in the cloud either. how would i go about retrieving these pictures or finding them??
And can you also tell us how have you been storing the photos on the computer? Have you imported them to the Photos.app or have they been stored in folders on your computer? If you have been using the Photos.app, where has the Photos Library been kept? Is your Photos Library still in your Pictures folder?
I am sorry i share your pain.....I lost everything and i Mac cannot tell me why...
