Apple ID

My cousin just got a new phone and new number and he can not get his apple id to switch over to his new phone. It is asking for his old number and we don't have access to that number.

I have got him a new SIM card and put it into an old iPhone 5 I had to get him going and set up a new apple ID for him, so far so good. He doesn't use email and hardly uses the Internet. However his phone number is linked to the old account and we have no access to it (we are not even sure the Apple ID we think we know is correct) . Apple ID help My husband got a new phone and we are trying to login to his Apple iCloud account but we don’t have access to his old phone number to get the code they sent!

Your cousin has to update trusted phone number, see Manage and use your Apple ID:
