Alarm sound repeats glitch.

I have a problem with my alarm system. When an alarm goes off and I hit Stop or Snooze, the last tone that played from the alarm would just repeat itself over and over until another sound plays (like a youtube video or the lock sound). I’m running iOS 13.3.1. Just now I missed a call and the ringtone did the exact same thing as described.
